Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
We process and ship orders within 24 hours from Monday to Saturday, provided there are no "coming soon" items included. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you don't see it in your main inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.
Before finalizing your order, please double-check that your address is accurate. We will send packages to the address specified in your order. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover the additional postage to resend it to a new address. Additionally, we are not liable for any packages that are stolen from your home or mailbox.
Returns
All sales are final. If an item arrives broken, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery. Customers will receive a replacement for the broken item or a store credit.
